Sync bookings with Google Calendar, Outlook, and Zoom
Connect a calendar or Zoom account to receive booking entries and meeting links.
On this page
Connect a provider under Settings → Integrations → Calendar & Video Conferencing when you want bookings on your calendar or a meeting link for virtual appointments.
Connect a provider
- Open Settings → Integrations and find Calendar & Video Conferencing.
- Click Connect beside Google Calendar, Outlook Calendar, or Zoom.
- Finish the provider's authorization flow, then return to the app and check that the row says Connected.

Use the row's Disconnect control if you need to stop future sync. Existing bookings remain in the app; check the provider calendar separately before relying on any previously created entries.
Use Google Calendar
The current integration pushes bookings to Google Calendar. It is one-way: a busy time already in your Google Calendar does not block the storefront's booking availability. Keep your availability schedules and capacity rules current in the app to control what customers can book.
Use Outlook Calendar
Connect Outlook Calendar to push booking entries to your Microsoft calendar. Treat this as a calendar copy, not a source of availability for the booking widget. Verify a demo booking after connecting so you know which calendar receives the entry.
Create Zoom links
Connect Zoom before taking virtual-location bookings. The app can create a meeting and include the join URL in customer emails through {{meeting_link}}. After connecting, click Test Meeting to check the account connection. Preview your confirmation email with a demo booking to see where the link appears.
