Use multi-day mode when a customer reserves a date range for a room or rental unit. Choose it while creating the event; the mode is locked once the event is saved.

Let customers choose a stay

Select the multi-day booking style in New Event/Service and connect a Shopify product. The storefront widget asks customers for check-in and check-out dates. If the event allows multiple rooms or units, the customer can choose a quantity within the available capacity. Set Rooms/units available on the event's Availability tab.

Count nights or days

Use nights for a hotel-style stay where the checkout date is not billed as another night. Use days when both the first and last selected dates count. These rules affect the length shown to customers and the billable units. If you need a same-date booking, select day counting; a same-date range is not a one-night stay.

Set stay limits

Set the minimum and maximum number of billable nights or days for the event. A minimum of one allows a one-night stay when counting nights, or a one-day stay when counting days. Test the shortest allowed selection and a selection over the maximum in the widget. The customer should see a validation message when a stay is too short or too long.

Show check-in and check-out times

Set check-in and check-out times so customers know when they may arrive and leave. These times are information for a date-range booking, not separate time slots that the customer picks. Review them in the widget and confirmation details for your test booking.

Block dates and check capacity

Use the multi-day event's availability and excluded-date settings to keep maintenance or unavailable dates out of bookable ranges. Inspect the full range after making an exclusion, especially when it falls between an otherwise valid check-in and check-out. Capacity Rules do not affect multi-day events, even if a rule is saved there. Use Rooms/units available and the multi-day date restrictions instead.

Check the final price

The widget and Shopify cart reflect the configured billable units, product price, and selected room quantity. Test a short stay and a longer stay on the live product page. Check the cart and checkout totals before taking real bookings, especially after changing the product price or day/night setting.
