Troubleshooting

| What you see | What to check |
|---|---|
| No offer box on the product page | Is the app embed on (Home, step 1)? Is the offer Active, and does it apply to this product? Has it started? Is the shopper eligible (customer rules, market, private link)? |
| The offer shows but the cart has no discount | Look at Combinations (Combine offers): another discount that does not combine may have won. Rebuild the same cart in Try it: it tells you why. |
| A quantity break or bundle disappears when the free gift is added | Turn on Other product discounts on the quantity break or bundle. |
| An offer moved to Draft by itself | Its Shopify discount was deleted in Shopify admin. Open the offer and switch it back on; Kitalo creates the discount again. Analytics lists such offers. |
| The gift stays at full price | A discount code or offer that does not combine with gifts is in the cart. Kitalo removes the gift and tells the shopper in the cart. |
| You cannot activate more offers | On the Free plan, 3 offers can be active at once (Plans). Shopify also allows up to 25 active app discounts per store; each offer counts toward that total. |
| A flash sale countdown is gone | The sale ended (the offer shows Expired) or has not started and "Starts in" is off. |
| Texts are in the wrong language | Check Texts for that language, and the offer's Translations card (Languages). |
| Widgets do not show on your theme | Widgets need an Online Store 2.0 theme. On other storefronts the discounts still apply at checkout. |
